- Prior to joining Praesidium, Max co-founded and led as CEO Altereum, a London-based SaaS platform for the Private Equity industry
- Prior to that, he was an investment professional at Aberdeen Asset Management and SVG in Boston, Philadelphia and London for more than 6 years
- He started his career as a software engineer at Logica in the UK, working on the European GPS system (Galileo)
- Masters in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Bristol
- Max speaks English and French
