Prior to joining Praesidium in September 2023, Guy held the Finance Director (CFO) function with IQ-EQ in Luxembourg since 2018. In this role, Guy was a member of the IQ-EQ Luxembourg Management board.
Prior to this role, Guy spent a large part of his career with Big Four Advisory firms in Belgium and Geneva on M&A related missions such as target search and selection, due diligence, business plan review, valuation, impairment analyses and SPA negotiation. His last role was with Belgian’s largest postal operator where he worked closely with Senior Management on strategic initiatives and M&A projects.

Guy holds a Master in Business Economics with a major in Accountancy and Tax from VLEKHO (now KUL).
Guy speaks English, French and Dutch.
