- Prior to joining Praesidium, she spent 3 years with Mediobanca in their HNWI private banking Division
- Prior to that, she was an M&A banker for 20 years at Vitale & Co. and Euromobiliare, with a particular focus on consumer goods
- Deborah started her career in audit with Arthur Andersen
- Economics Degree from Bocconi University, Milan Italian Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Advisor
- Deborah speaks English and Italian
