Cristina has over 20 years of experience in Private Equity
Prior to joining Praesidium, she was Director of Investor Relations at 21 Invest SGR coordinating client relationships, client services and fundraising management activities. Also, she was the Head of Sustainability, responsible for developing and integrating ESG activities in the investment process and reporting to investors. Prior to this, Cristina was a member of the investment team, following direct investment activities from acquisition to disposal
Previously she worked in ING Corporate Finance in Milan and London, as a member of the M&A and IPOs team

She started her carrier in the Sales and Marketing at Eutelsat, a telecom & satellite company based in Paris and pioneer of digital communications in Europe
She is a graduate in Economic and Banking Sciences from the University of Udine, and received the European Master in Audiovisual Management issued by the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers
Cristina is fluent in English and French and a native Italian speaker
